About the Program

The Crown is the pinnacle of the SelfLed PAK experience, designed for boys ages 8–14 to step into leadership roles and build a lasting legacy. This program focuses on cultivating confidence, responsibility, and the ability to inspire others through action and example. Participants explore what it means to be a leader in their communities, schools, and peer groups while learning to balance ambition with empathy, vision, and integrity.

Through mentor-led discussions, group challenges, and leadership exercises, boys practice decision-making, problem-solving, and public speaking. The Crown emphasizes that true leadership is about serving others, guiding peers, and leaving a positive, lasting impact. By participating, boys begin to see themselves as changemakers who can influence their communities and pave the way for future generations.
